Why different coaching models ?

One hat does not fit all. At Simhavalokana, we believe in grooming & mentoring mentees in Leadership Skills with focus and relevance specific to their individual career levels and emotional maturity stages. The Coaching programs are therefore broadly grouped in four distinct categories.

Each program starts with a foundation over full day programs conveniently over the weekend, followed by specific sessions followed through periodically. This is further supported by dedicated one to one sessions on individual specific learning experiences and challenges faced. Every individual is unique, every interaction and guidance therefore, must be unique!

The overall duration of these programs varies from person to person, depending on ability to learn, absorb and apply practically.

SIMPLE

Simhavalokana Primary Leadership Enablement

A first-step towards 'best foot forward' for budding professionals at initial stages of career. Perfect for mentees in experience bracket of 0 to 7 years, including fresh graduates / campus trainees.

Covers guidance on formative principles, planning a structured life and career plan, planning contingencies, being on top of finances, handling relations and learning key soft skills. Introduction to EQ, LQ

We also recommend this program for high-school students through series of Guest Speaker sessions, to seed the concept at early stages of development.

SMILE

Simhavalokana Managers Inspired Leadership Enablement

This program fits best for budding Managers, at initial stages of career level requiring people handling skills for small teams. Perfect for mentees in experience bracket of 7 to 13 years.

Covers overview on SIMPLE program (where required), guidance on people handling skills, founding Inspired Leadership principles, relationship management, customer management, planning a structured progression, life and career plan, planning contingencies, managing executive leadership and honing key soft skills. Introduction to EQ, SQ

SKILL

Simhavalokana Knowledge for Interim-Executive Leadership Levels

This program fits best for established Managers at Mid-management / mid-career levels, with aspirations to move up to senior management roles. Perfect for mentees in experience bracket of 13 to 18 years.

Covers overview on SIMPLE and SMILE programs (where required), guidance on multi-tiered people handling skills, founding advanced Inspired Leadership principles, relationship management, customer management, growth strategies, career-life balance plans, planning contingencies, balancing ambitions and core skills, facing executive leadership and sharpening advanced soft skills. Emphasis on EQ, SQ and MQ

SCORE

Simhavalokana Core Executives Enablement

This program is for senior management mentees, with aspirations to move up to executive management and CXO and beyond roles. Perfect for mentees in experience bracket of 18+ years.
