One hat does not fit all. At Simhavalokana, we believe in grooming & mentoring mentees in Leadership Skills with focus and relevance specific to their individual career levels and emotional maturity stages. The Coaching programs are therefore broadly grouped in four distinct categories.
Each program starts with a foundation over full day programs conveniently over the weekend, followed by specific sessions followed through periodically. This is further supported by dedicated one to one sessions on individual specific learning experiences and challenges faced. Every individual is unique, every interaction and guidance therefore, must be unique!
The overall duration of these programs varies from person to person, depending on ability to learn, absorb and apply practically.
